At the Borowski Summer Festival 2019 at Gut Wintermühlenhof in Königswinter, the “Weird Birds” were shown to the public for the first time. They parody world-famous icons from art, music, science and entertainment. The special edition includes 12 new outdoor objects – bizarre, humorous, ingenious – just typical Borowski! Each “weird bird” is a real TYPE with its own characteristics.
The Borowski family of artist. With father Stanis, brothers Pawel Borowski and Stanislow Jan Borowski. These contemporary glass artisans collaborate at the, Glasstudio Borowski in Germany. Each has achieved international recognition and added collectible art objects and sculptures to the ever growing Borowski Glass Collection. Borowski Glass is included in major private collections and art museums around the world.
