Payment  We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept PayPal.

Shipping  eSculpture is an Authorized retailer for the item(s) you purchase from our "eSculpture Elite Collection". Your order will be processed and ship directly from the manufacturer of this item(s) or an eSculpture fulfillment center. We offer FREE shipping in the USA by UPS or Federal Express on smaller items and LTL Freight Shipment on larger pieces. All LTL Freight Shipments are delivered curbside by the carrier. They will not move the delivery into your home or office. You will be responsible for the final moving and setup of your order. Shipping charges outside the USA is determined by buyer location. Shipping charges can be viewed on the individual item page. Shipping outside the USA is by UPS or a Freight forwarding Service.

Refunds and Exchanges  If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 30 days of receipt of delivery. Any return shipping charges will be responsible of buyer. Refunds will be issued within 3-5 days once received back. You will need to contact us prior to returning for return instructions.
