Your order will be processed and ship directly from the Maleras North American distribution center in Naperville, Illinois, USA or an eSculpture fulfillment center. We offer FREE shipping in the USA by UPS and Canada by Postal Service. Shipping charges outside the USA is determined by buyer location. Shipping charges can be viewed on the individual item page. Shipping outside the USA is by Federal Express or Postal Service.

• Refund Policy

  If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 30 days of receipt of delivery. Refunds will be issued within 3-5 days once returned. Please contact us for return instructions.
