• Payment Policy

  We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept PayPal & eSculpture Gift Cards

• Shipping Policy

  eSculpture is an Authorized retailer of Orlandi Statuary. Your order will be processed and ship directly from Orlandi Statuary. We offer FREE shipping in the USA by Federal Express or UPS on smaller items and LTL Freight Shipment on larger pieces. Shipping charges outside the USA is determined by buyer location. Shipping charges can be viewed on the individual item page. Items that have been shipped and are refused by recipient or incur delayed delivery appointments are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

• Refund Policy

  If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 30 days of receipt of delivery. Any personalized or custom made items are non returnable. Refunds will be issued within 3-5 days once returned. Please contact us for return instructions. Orlandi Statuary items are made to order and take 6-14 weeks to ship from the order date. If you decide to cancel your order prior to delivery please contact us to do so for a 100% refund. Orders that are in production at the time of the cancellation request are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
